Your privacy is the whole point of cutbg. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your data.
Your images are never uploaded
Every tool on cutbg runs entirely inside your web browser. When you open, edit or convert an image, that file is processed on your own device and is never sent to, uploaded to, or stored on any server. We never see your images. You can verify this yourself in your browser's Network tab, or by using the tools with your connection turned off after the page has loaded.
We don't ask for accounts
There is no sign-up, no login and no personal information required to use cutbg. We don't collect names, emails or any account data.
Analytics
With your consent, we use privacy-conscious analytics (Google Firebase Analytics) to understand which tools are used and how the site performs — for example, page views and anonymous, aggregated interaction events. This helps us improve the tools. It never includes your images or file contents. If you decline the cookie prompt, analytics is not loaded.
Cookies
cutbg only sets cookies after you accept the cookie prompt, and only for the analytics described above and to remember your choices (such as light/dark theme and your consent decision). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Advertising
cutbg may display advertising to support the free tools. Ad partners may use cookies to serve relevant ads; this is also gated behind your consent.
